There are four variety of rojak served at this halal stall.Tahu Bakar aka Toasted BeancurdChar Kway Bakar aka Toasted You TiaoRojak Petis aka similar to Chinese Rojak (with assorted combination)Rojak Set A has a combination of grilled cuttlefish strip, you tiao, century egg combination.Since this is my first visit to the coffee shop, I decided to try the Char Kway Bakar or toasted you tiao for S$3.00 per packet.With his permission I managed to capture his skill in preparing the rojak for my take-away.There were a good mix of toasted peanut gravy but still not too fine, while eating I could taste the texture of the peanuts. The you tiao toasted in the mini toaster before cutting them into small pieces combine with chilli paste and prawn paste.
