Signature Dishes
This stall used to be ran by 2 sisters until they split for whatever reason. The younger sister open another stall on the other end, which is another story. I'm reviewing the older sister's stall. The queue and waiting time can take quite a while if you are there for lunch. Most of the office crowd will come in after 12pm. First off picked your food then follow the queue, pass the food to the assistant and they will issue you a number. Hang around and wait for you number to be called.Front of the stall YTF with Ikan bilisI will usually just take it kosong with soup. You can actually taste the soya beans, I will ask for ikan bilis and it helps sweeten the soup. According to the lady boss the soup she uses is real stuff not other artificial ingredient is added.The varieties YTF is quite standard. Sometimes the lady boss will experiment on new dishes to see if it suites the tastes of customers.

Numerous awards accolades can be found at stall front of this YongTauFoo Stall.I remembered this stall was featured in one of the episode of Channel 8 (排排站查查看) and attained quite a remarkable rating.Food selection wise:It look quite standard for me. Didnt pick any normal fishcake or fish ball (which are pretty norm) but I did most of the beancurd base Items.The beancurd base item was quite tangy and tasteful than usual YongTaufoo Stall. (Maybe that's individual preference)Beehoon and the sweet sauce were nothing special. At least the sauce are not over diluted like some 2nd rated YTF stall you might find.Overall, it's a scrumptious fare!
