The tau huey here is very fresh - soft and tender with really good fragrance of the yellow bean. It is purely yellow bean as i tasted because there is no sight or taste of msg .The syrup however is a little bit too bland with too little ingredients added to it to make it rich and flavorful - this is only mildly sweet - people who prefer less sweet taste might love this tau huey continue reading
