What a crack indeed! The name of it already gets my attention and true enough this led us to Skinny Pizza @ Wheelock Place on a Saturday night for our second dinner as our original dinner wasn't satisfying and filling enough to both our stomachs and emotions. Upon being seated, we were spoilt for choices as the photos on the menu were so mouth-watering and capturing. Despite this fact, my boyfriend and I went ahead with the Squid Ink pizza anyway as word has it that it's awesome(it really was) and we're naturally seafood lovers.

With that, there also happened to be a 50% off the Smoked Turkey Swiss pizza with any first pizza purchased with uob cards. Unfortunately for this incident, I am an uob card holder and it made us greedier to order both and we did.. which turned out a mistake.

The squid ink pizza was impeccable. Generous, juicy squids and prawns loaded with a black colored and squid ink crust that was so crispy with every bite. The heavy salad and onions made the pizza better. Unlike squid ink pastas, this skinny pizza would not stain your teeth!

The Smoked Turkey Swiss though loaded with generous turkey ham, cheese and blueberries too. It simply turned out too heavy to swallow and the crust just didn't go with the toppings. We had to eat them separately and and left the place with leftovers behind.

Overall I'd definitely go back to Skinny Pizza. Would love to try their pastas next time but the Smoked Turkey Swiss pizza will always remain a no-no.

Many people go to skinny pizza for their pizza, but for me, I will go there for their dessert – the heavenly apple crumble! I love how the pastry melts in my mouth, it is not too sweet yet not too tasteless too. They are very generous with their fruits too. The portion is very big, very worth your money and definitely satisfies your craving for sweet stuffs.

Still loving the Sweet Potato Nibblets ($7++)! Not oily and the sprinkle of salt and sugar is just right. Great consistency there.I declare these the most addictive fries. Nothing makes me more happy than chomping down all my favourite toppings in every bite. This is messiness in the best way possible. You know how much I

I declare these the most addictive fries. Ever.

With heaps of well-marinated tuna chunks, crunchy pistachios, plump port-wine soaked raisins, avocado and herbed roasted tomatoes, Ahi Taki Pizza ($25++) was oh-so-delish! Nothing makes me more happy than chomping down all my favourite toppings in every bite. This is messiness in the best way possible.

You know how much I love squid ink, don’t you? Topped with calamari, fresh tomato salsa and onions, the magic with Squid Ink Pizza ($23++) lies in the squid ink paste. Briny and umami-rich, it’s perfect with the plain papadum-thin crust! This won more votes than Ahi Taki from the friends, but I’m not choosing sides since I’ll probably take ages to decide which one I love more. Both are equally delicious!
