Signature Dishes
Today was the grand opening of Snackz It! 可口味 at Westgate. There was a promotion of buy one get one free of their mee sua. Hence, I decided to have a try.Lucky I was there early and there was not much of a queue. The staffs were friendly introducing their taiwanese fare to me. I bought the Oyster Mee Sua without the chilli. The mee sua do tasted similar to Shilhlin Snacks one but Snackz It! 可口味 has fresher oyster and lesser breast chicken meat given. I can say the oyster really burst in your mouth when you chewed it.The mee sua was starchy and can drink like a soup without the need to bite. The fried shallot given was quite fragrant and the whole mee sua smelled of fresh fried shallots.Overall, at $4 the oyster mee sua can be quite pricey for a bowl if not for the 1 for 1 promotion.
