I enjoy the friendliness of staff and good quality of food this cafe have, located at golden shoe hawker centre, a pizza made with effort, very tasty, even though i use coupons, their service is good, garlic bread is tasty with hot honey lemon (a lot of honey, except too much lemon, but ok for me), chicken pizza very nice as they made it when we order (a thin crust with lot of ingredients), a nice , quiet, cozy place to chat with friends in a lazy sat, i love this cafe so much. nice try this tim

A new hangout at Raffles Place. Been there once on a rainy Saturday... yup, on a Saturday! Who will go to Raffles Place area on a weekend right? But, well, been hearing comments that this place served wonderful pizza and chicken wings... Whooohhh, it really did wow me! Pizza was fantastic with the thin crust. (well, it may be subjective if I emphasize on the thin crust, so try it yourself, and you will know what I meant) It was a pity that I did not get to try the popular chicken wings that day.

BUT! I had my staycation in Dec 13, and I tried their festive bundle deal takeaway. I finally had the wings...my friends and I could not stop commenting that the wings were so juicy with a mild sweet taste. We also had a customised pizza created by the nice bosses at Socks & Pans. No need to fret over what to eat for lunch in the hotel room... this takeaway deal left us totally mesmerized by it.

Oh ya, if you are working at Raffles Place/ Tanjong Pagar area, do pop by for breakfast/ lunch or dinner! I personally think its worth the trip.

Definitely returning for more.

There's a new pairing in town! Leave the beer at home and grab a traditionally brewed cup of coffee with a huge slice of pizza! Socks
Let's start with the coffee - potent, rich, robust, strong, solid - doesn't it say it all? The coffee is thick and strong, just the way I like it. Bitterness of the bean, with a little sweetness aftertaste of the sugar and condensed milk lingering on the tongue.
Coffee-lovers, forget about Ya Kun around the corner, GO HERE INSTEAD!

Pans
For comfort, grab the original flavours like Pepperoni and Hawaiian. If you are feeling adventurous, why not a Tom Yam fish pizza to tantalize the tastebuds?

Socks & Pans pizza crusts dances a fine line between thick and chunky to crispy and thin; satisfying both pizza crust camps. Crispy, yet thick enough to feel the doughy-ness of it. SEDAP!

To wash it all down, give the tiramisu a go. Suitable for children and delicate stomachs alike, there's no alcohol in there, but it tastes like there is! De-lish!

Prices are reasonable too, you can get a meal for under $10. Where in CBD can you find a meal so cheap and good that isn't from the kopitiam around the corner and the hawker center upstairs?
