I've always enjoyed a good bowl of ginseng chicken soup - especially the Korean ginseng ones which have this really strong herbal taste that just invigorates all your senses. A friend recommended me to try out this soup place that serves up affordable soups that even comes with a refill. Yes, you can refill your soup for no cost at all (if you can drink that much). Well, the herbal ginseng taste was strong and good but I was quite disappointed with the texture of the chicken. It was not as tender as I would expect from a chicken soup. The yam rice that was served with the soup was really fragrant though! =]
