definitely a healthy choice when looking for a meal. but sometime some of the meat tend to be a bit on the salty side so not good to eat it everyday also. my boyfriend like to roast beef sandwich most but i find it just ok. the taste is not bad cause is using beef cubes instead of beef steak or slices so the meat texture is better.this outlet has quite afew seats available so can find seats easily unless during peak hour. however the service is not that efficient, perhaps the staff are still new
