I have been patronizing this stall ever since i started working at ubi area. It is recommended by my colleague.I am not a fan for fish soup. It is because the chef unable to remove the stinky smell from the fish and the posibilities to be tasteless. Tai Seng Fish Soup has none of the unwanted traits. They are generous with the coriander leaves and the soup base is clear and tasty for me. I did not order with the milk infused version but the taste did not disappoint me at all. They have steamed fish & fried fish to choose from. You will need to place your order stating your preference to one of the aunty. She will then manage the orders and instruct the chef to cook accordingly. I would say their operating style is quite systematic among each other. It is hawker foods so don't expect that you will be served. You will need to queue and order followed by payment and collect your foods on spot.

There is always a long queue during lunch hours. Sometimes we will need to queue for 30 minutes for it. However, due to limited lunch hours, we will not queue for that long for it. While, i think the stall generates most of their income mostly during lunch hour only which is logical as it is situated within an industrial estate.

I packed my lunch back to office. Thus, there is additional $0.20 cents for takeaways. Nevertheless, if you are having it at coffeeshop, the price is S$4.00 per serving that comes with plain white rice. The chilli that goes with the fish is not spicy at all. It is totally goes well with the steamed fish.
