i decided to try the non milk series of their drinks. Every time I go to tea12 reach, I will order their milk series, so for a change, I ordered their non-milk series. Of all the thing I went to order green tea with oolong tea. both tea is known for their bitterness, if you drink it separately, it is already a little bitter but when you put these two drinks together, it was very bitter. Even though I ordered 50% sugar it was still bitter. But both drinks have their health benefits so I guess it was worth it.

My girlfriend surprised me with a cup of peppermint ice cream milk tea from tea12 reach. She knows I really adore ice cream milk teas. Most places don’t have a lot of varieties for their ice cream but tea12 reach introduced this peppermint flavour. The peppermint made the ice cream taste even colder. The milk tea they used is the premium kind. You can taste the fragrance of the tea leaves in the drink. The ice cream they used is vanilla flavour, so when it melted, it made the milk tea taste even creamier. Instead of using their own hands to shake, they have this machine that would do the shaking for you so the drink is evenly mixed, very Taiwanese technology.

I was telling my daughter to get me a drink when she come home and she bought me a nice drink from tea 12 reach at clementi. She bought me their hazelnut green milk tea. It is ne flavour I have never tasted before and it was really good. I was hooked on within a sip. The hazelnut flavour gave the drink a nutty flavour however it did not overpower the fragrance of the green tea. You can taste the distinct taste of the green milk tea, it is really smooth. I like the way it goes down my throat. Very thirst quenching. Half sugar is just right for me, not too sweet.

Bought the passion fruit red tea with pearls, and was quite disappointed with the taste. The shop looks similar to those of gong cha and drink tea, so I was expecting at least an equivalent standard to those bubble tea shops.I bought it in the medium size and it cost $2.90. I felt it taste nothing special and it is similar to the taste of passion fruit red tea I got from normal bubble tea shops like sweet talk.It was a little plain and the pearls are not as nice too. So I felt that it is not worth it to spend the higher price to get it here, would rather buy it at normal bubble tea shops.

Despite the strong competition of so many bubble tea stalls (Koi, Sweet Talk, Ok Tea) already in Clementi, this Taiwan tea12 Reach shop still choose to open it's first outlet in Singapore at Clementi. Nevertheless, the novelty of this shop still draws a steady crowd of curious passer-by stopping to give their tea a try. Divided into 5 main categories which are the Original Tea, Flavoured Tea, Froggy Series, Milk Tea and Fresh Milk. The Froggy Series seems interesting so we tried their Froggy bubble and it don't come cheap. Every drinks under the Froggy Series cost $5 each. So what's so special about this Froggy bubble is that they used fresh milk to make this drink. Instead of the usual bubble milk tea that we drink, this is real fresh milk. The pearls used were made of black sugar so it's super sweet. Sweet and chewy. Worth a try.
