These are one of the small bites that you can try out when you are in People's Park Complex Food Centre. Tian Jin Fong Kee was quite popular for its Guo Tie and XLB (Xiao Long Bao).Ordered a plate of 10 Guo Tie (Gyoza / Chinese Dumplings). Every piece of the guo tie was wrapped with a thin crispy layer of dumpling skin with the right amount of chew. They are quite juicy and the fillings were not mushy. What I like best that it was not as greasy and comes with a fair amount of moisture. I enjoyed

I enjoyed the usual way of dipping them into the vinegar with lots of shredded ginger on top of them.

Cost: S$6.00 for 10 Pcs

Tian Jin Fong Kee, one of our favourite stalls at People's Park Complex Food Centre. Besides this stall, they also have a restaurant in Chinatown.Their fried dumpling or Guo Tie was nicely fried without being too oily. The pork filling was also quite juicy. The ginger and vinegar dip went really well with the fried dumpling, bringing out the taste of the fried dough and pork filling.
