The 'burnt' part of the rice are also crispy and fragrant. However, I did not eat much because it is very unhealthy!
We had to wait quite long for the food to prepare because I think they start cooking from scratch
My advice is, you should go there earlier so that by the time the food is served, you will not starve! Haha!!
