one of the best hand pulled noodles i've ever tried. the broth was so flavourful and noodles were so smooth and springy. this is the first restaurant i've been to that has 8 noodle types to choose from. i chose the thin noodles and it had a very nice bite to it. price is very reasonable (no service charge here) and the portion is huge! similar to a fast food concept, you pay before you eat and self collect when your number is called. i could eat this everyday! will definitely try the dry version
