We were told that the Japanese Chef Katsumi makes the soup noodles from scratch.
So upon trying their signature dish, the Charsiew texture was tender and tasted flavorful, simply perfect. Look at how big the bowl is too! I've placed my iphone right next to it to let you have a better idea.
The dining experience really reminds me of the times we were in japan . authentic tasting. great chage and aska music in the background too.
Unforgettable.
