Uncle Soup (Closed)

Techno-edge is my favourite canteen to get good and affordable food since there are a wide variety of stalls catering from Japanese to Indonesian cuisines. Uncle soup is one of the stalls which I will frequent -at $2.50 per bowl (additional 30cents for rice), the serving is fairly generous. For those who do not want the soup in the form of a hotpot, you can opt for just soup which will serve in ordinary bowl. I ordered the pig organ soup with rice at Techno Edge for lunch the other day. Both the soup and the rice were generously served and total bill came up to only $2.50. The soup was well peppered and tasty. I also did not feel thirsty after eating the meal meaning to say there is little or no MSG in the food! The soup had both pig stomach and pig intestines as well as a few mushrooms and vegetable. I feel that the soup could be further flavoured with pork ribs.Overall taste: 8.5/10
