Xin Heng Fried Kway Teow seemed to be one of newest stalls in this food centre. I was there in the evening and only one customer in front of me. I ordered their smallest serving to take away. Since i was the only customer at that time, i got my order immediately. I got quite a good portion for $2.50. Not much wok taste and a bit dry in their texture. They are not very generous with egg. I would think this is just an average fried kway teow. I might not eat again.

I was rather greedy and wanted to go for varieties on that particular evening. I decided to take away the smallest serving of fried kway teow from this stall at $2.50 together with others from the other stalls to have it at home. Though i am not disappointed but i am not too impressed as well. It tasted just fine with no particularly strong taste of wok hei. The sweet sauce was a little overwhelmed. They still managed to fry the kway teow and noodle well with ingredients like lup cheong, cockles

I would not mind eating it again if i am left with little choices again.
