Very crowded during weekend. Perhaps it was after Christmas. We had waited for almost 30minutes before our turn to get seated.

We ordered fried silver fish, shi zi tou, mapo tofu (not in pic) & fried red bean paste pancake.

The food took another 20minutes to be served. While waiting, we saw the kitchen chef was out taking orders and serving food to the customers. A are scene indeed. Perhaps most of the customers were here for the buffet dinner instead of the ala cart menu.

Suprising the fried silver fish is awesome. very crispy and it goes very well with the rice.
The shi zi tou is awesome as well. 3 big balls of minced meat.  very soft and juicy. Cabbage is sweet as well. I had a second helping of rice!

We round up the dinner with our favouritered beanpaste pancake. The crust was not crispy but the fillings was full and rich. every little bit could taste the red bean paste.

Overall price is affordable and food is good. I will definitely go bac again.

I realised that I forgot to browse the Internet before calling my girlfriend to head on over to this place and feast on for our dinner during this special day. Most people know this day as Valentine's Day. This year, this date is also the 15th day of the first lunar month (or Chap Goh Meh in Hokkien).

The food that we ordered are as follows:

The variety of dishes from the province of Jiang Nan in China is good includes Dim Sum, Handmade Ramen and others. I'll definitely visit this place again because it located at the newly renovated Level 2 of Marina Square called the Dining Section. Service good, but food might be limited because they restricted time to consume all within 90 minutes.

One of the new additions to Marina Square’s Dining Edition is a Chinese restaurant specialising in Jiang Nan cuisine called Supreme Tastes. Its jarring Chinese decor makes sure that you won’t ever miss it. After one look at its menu, I found most of the dishes similar to the ones at Imperial Kitchen La Mian Xiao Long Bao! If you were a frequent patron at Imperial Kitchen MS, I’m sure you’ll find lots of familiar faces here too.

Lamian w Onion Oil ($7) – My favourite lamin of all time! Even though it’s plain, the onion oil lends it a very aromatic flavour. If you’re imagining choking and overpowering onion smell, it’s far from it I promise. Each strand of noodles is very thin and consistent – displaying the chef’s superior skills.
