After yoga lesson, I decide to get some food at the nearby coffeeshop for lunch. The coffeeshop is quite packed. I decide on rojak, as I remember little JJ like crispy you tiao. I decide on Set B which is consists of you tiao and bean curd puff. It costs $2.50 a serving, but I double the serving for takeaway, so it costs me $5. While waiting for my order, I could see the bean curd puff toasting in the mini toaster oven and the you tiao toasting on the griller. Meanwhile the uncle is busy mixing

Meanwhile the uncle is busy mixing the sauce and packs it separate from the bean curd puff and you tiao. The bean curd puff is stuffed with bean sprouts and shredded cucumber. Although the business is quite good and there is only one uncle handling the cooking and serving of customers, the food is served quite fast. I like the way the sauce is packed so that one can control the amount of sauce when dipping. The you tiao and the bean curd puff are quite crispy and light. Overall nice.

After yoga lesson, my fellow volunteer treat me to a dish of Rojak from this stall. She orders the large size which cost $5 as it will be shared among all the volunteers. The stall is a one aunty show. Service is quite fast and the aunty is quite fast and friendly. The rojak is full of cut fruit such as apple and pineapple and taste quite crunchy and crispy. The you tiao is crispy and light too.
