Yong Tau Foo is quite a common to find in Singapore. It is usually vegetables and bean curd stuffed with fish or pork paste. It can be served dry or soup version. Here besides serving in the 2 version, it also served in Ampang-style. The history of this style can be traced back to Ampang, KL of Malaysia. The Yong tau foo is served with a light brown braising sauce. Served with a bowl of rice or noodles. For the above serving, it costs $4.50. Tastes cannot compare to the real Ampang but acceptable.
