Signature Dishes
This is another stall with a queue in the Staff Canteen. I was amazed by the varieties of dishes available for me to choose. I decided to go with curry vegetable, braised tofu and fried chicken. I can taste a tad homely taste in these dishes. The standard of these dishes is of an above average standard. I enjoyed the curry vegetable and fried chicken the most. The curry vegetable inclusive of nicely cooked cabbage and long bean to a soft but not meshy texture. The tasty fried chicken was well fried and not oily.

One of the better mixed vegetable rice stalls around though a little pricey. A total of $4.50 for curry vegetables, tofu with minced meat and fried chicken pieces. All tasted delicious and well cooked, i love especially the curry vegetables and fried chicken. The portion given per dish was indeed generous, and i love the curry gravy that i requested over the white rice. This is one of my usual lunch hangouts during weekends. And, this stall is located at the Staff Canteen. There are different prices for staff and public, though a little more expensive for the public but it is still well affordable as compared to other food outlets in the Airport. I think many do not know there are staff canteens at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of the Changi Airport. As for the Terminal 1, the Staff Canteen is right behind the Burger King at the Arrival Hall. So, if you want a satisfying meal at a reasonable price at Changi Airport then you should come by the Staff Canteen.
