And, this stall is located at the Staff Canteen. There are different prices for staff and public, though a little more expensive for the public but it is still well affordable as compared to other food outlets in the Airport.
I think many do not know there are staff canteens at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of the Changi Airport. As for the Terminal 1, the Staff Canteen is right behind the Burger King at the Arrival Hall. So, if you want a satisfying meal at a reasonable price at Changi Airport then you should come by the Staff Canteen.
