For me, this new Italian restaurant at Asia Square Tower One is a must try! The Chef Patron, who has worked in premiere restaurants in SG, now mans the kitchen of this restaurant. For me, this new Italian restaurant at Asia Square Tower One is a must try! The Chef Patron, who has worked in premiere restaurants in SG, now mans the kitchen of this restaurant. As such, it was expected that he is going to deliver perfect dishes.

Take for example the Alaska King Crab with asparagus, zucchini, and sweet chili. With all the ingredients in this appetiser, the strong flavour of the crab, was still highlighted. It was also presented in such a way that you would think twice of eating it. In short, it was just so impressive!

As for the main course, I had the roasted suckling pig. The only thing I didn’t like about this dish was the serving was too small for me! But then again, that’s how they usually portion mains at fancy restaurants like this. But I really enjoyed it, the skin was so crispy and the meat was so flavourful.
