That's how much the price has increased since February this year. What used to cost $4 is now $5, without rice. There is little wonder why this stall's operating hours have extended till 3pm or so. Anyhow, soup still tastes great along with the fish. Their boiled fish has this particular bouncy feel and the fish smell isn't overwhelming. The fried ones are nothing to shout about. Rice at this stall seems to have put some oil onto it so that it looks very much 'polished'. Extra chilli costs extra so for you chilli enthusiasts, you may want to cherish the sweet and sour chilli and savour it slowly
