Its both chicken thigh, and are both fried, but both came out very differently. I had one original and one crispy two piece set from KFC and even without the skin, both tasted way different. The meat of the crispy chicken was more juicy and tender, compared to the original version, which was much drier. Cheese fries are much more expensive than before, $1.70 to trade up. The place is crowded mostly at lunch time and had to wait for a while. Thus, it would be easier to just have take away if possible.
