I visited nanxiang with my best friend the other day. She was craving for xiao long bao and we happened to be at bugis so we hopped on down to the bugis branch. The meat they used were very fresh and the portion of the meat sauce was just right. The xiao long bao tasted really good. I simply love the soup instead. The skin was not too thick but it could withstand the pressure of the grip of my chopstick. It was a very hearty meal.
