This cafe is set up by the people behind 3-Inch Sin! It is a pretty small cafe with just one walkway infront of the counter. Having read raving reviews of their signature sandwich The Craft, I had to try it! This sandwich consist of maple-candied bacon and green apple slaw on waffle grids. I thought it was a pretty unique combination! I love the taste of bacon caramelised in maple syrup and green apples sandwiched between the waffles! The Craft Sandwich had definitely lifted up my mood after eating the prawn aglio olio. Another plus point to note is that there was no GST or service charge on my bill! ^^
