My friend who was in vacation in Singapore wanted to try a new ramen place, so I brought her to Menzo Butao. It's a new ramen place at Marina Square which attracted me. Seeing that there were seats available even during lunch - we tried the food there.I ordered scallop ramen since I've been ordering the same chashu ramen over and over again.  I ordered scallop ramen since I've been ordering the same chashu ramen over and over again. Order was served within 15 minutes. The soup lacked that taste which made ramens so famous. It was a bit bland and forgettable. The noodles were quite alright, not overcooked and still had that bite. The scallops were quite tender.

I ordered the chicken karaage as a side, but they were quite hard to bite..
