There is quite a range of options which include Teriyaki Chicken, Butter Seared Pacific Dory with Parsley Rub, Char-grilled Garlic Prawns, Worcestershire Black Pepper Duck, Ben’s Beef Rub etc. The third and final step is to choose 1 dressing and 5 toppings. I chose Char-grilled Garlic Prawns as my grill on a salad base together with a citrus dressing and 5 toppings which include peanuts, pasta, egg, potatoes and raisins. Overall, I feel that they are generous with the ingredients but personally the salad is too much for me and I think that I will prefer the olive rice instead! ;)
