I have always wanted to try the Guanaja from Rive Gauche and was so happy when my friends got it for my birthday! The chocolate sponge cake sits on a layer of crispy biscuit and in between lies the bittersweet chocolate mousse. I have a weakness for dark chocolate and this is sooooooooooo good, the sponge cake is soft and the sweetness is just right for me, one slice is not enough!!!
