My friend and I were roaming through Tanjong Pagar/Duxton Hill area in search for a nice cafe to chill and relax. Group Therapy cafe is located on the second floor of a row of shophouses and it is quite easy to miss it. Upon entering the place, I was greeted with a homely and cozy atmosphere. We were there around late afternoon and the cafe was pretty packed! Thankfully there were two seats available! I ordered a Roasted Almond Latte, which is one of their specialty coffees, while my friend order an Iced Mocha. We also got a Key Lime Crumb cake to share
A pretty coffee art on my latte ^^, the roasted almond blend in together with the latte had a very smooth taste, love it!
My friend's Iced Mocha was surprisingly good! It didn't had the diluted iced coffee taste like most other places. The mocha and coffee taste was strong even with the ice cubes in it. I also like that they garnish it with premium ground dark chocolate!
We both love the Key Lime Crumb Cake! It consist of a layer of key lime curd on the lemon cake topped with lemon shortbread crumb, so yummy! This cafe is a must-go and I would definitely come back here again!
