Of course the very second you set eyes on the name of this café you would no doubt have turned your thoughts to the Elizabeth Gilbert’s bestseller, Eat, Pray, Love (and/or Julia Roberts enjoying a good cup of gelato by the sidewalks of Italy).EatPlayLove Craft Café had caught my attention while I was on my way to lunch one sunny day. From the outside, the interior arts & craft decoration had attracted my attention and I went back to check the place out for a quick dinner.Upon entering I realised
At its price, the quality of food surprised me pleasantly. I thought the curry was just, just a tad too salty but it seems to sit well with The Chosen Glutton. The Chosen One has the final say then! Smores Waffle ($7.50): What I really enjoy about this is the very generous amount of slightly roasted marshmallows. Look at the photo, yes they are roasted! Though the waffles is a little hard (I personally prefer the fluffier kind) the marshmallows go very well with the waffle and ice-cream. Sinful!
Serving Thai-Western dishes at affordable prices, EatPlayLove is a good place for both a quick, no-fuss meal and to hangout. The only danger lies in the kids having too much fun audibly.
Note #1: Prices stated are nett. Not GST and service charge.
Note #2: Kitchen closes 3pm – 6pm, except weekends & PH.
