Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant (Closed)

This is one of my mother's favourite dish from this Chinese restaurant and occasionally I will invite her over to that restaurant to treat her a nice meal. As usual, I have bought this dish for her to eat again. The abalone is very chewy and really tender and fresh. The chinese mushroom is also very fragrant and easy to chew. Together with the crunchy China chye sim and cooked in their signature in-house sauce, this dish is really delightable and very tasty.
