Just had my lunch in this food market and have order ed the black carrot cake from this food stall. For merely $2 per plate, price is reasonable and portion is quite alright as well. The carrot cake is very soft and full of the sweet sauce and chilli paste fragrant. Can taste the fried egg pieces which make the carrot cake more fragrant as well. The stall is small and clean, the packing aunty is quite friendly too.

Buffet dinner Smile Dec 21, 2013

For only $19.90 per adult, this steamboat buffet is cheap and delicious. Restaurant may not be spacious but still quite comfortable. Service here is friendly and polite too. The chicken and laksa soup base both are equally thick amd fragrant. Especially the laksa broth is spicy and appetizing. Sambal prawns are fresh and crunchy with unlimted serving which is generous. The different types of steamboat items are alot and portion displayed are generous too.

This morning came to this bakery shop to buy a packet of this hotdog buns back home to make my our hotdog sandwich. $1.50 for 4 pieces is consider quite reasonable priced. The bun is quite soft and moist and with the golden brown outer layer is fragrant and with slight sweetness as well. The shop is clean and with bright layout here. However service was not polite and impatient.

Big Meat Bao Smile Dec 21, 2013

Have bought a big piece of big bao from this chinese food stall here at lavendar. The stall looks clean and with simple layout here. The uncle is friendly and keep on introducing the different dishes sold here. For the price of $1.50 per big bao, is cheap and definitely is filling. The bao skin is firm and thick in texture. The pork meat is quite juicy with crunchy cabbage inside. Not too bad and would want to come here again to buy for my friends next time.

Pass by this famous tart outlet here and was attracted by the fragrant coming out from this stall. This stall is bright and clean and serv8ce is prompt and friendly. Have bought a piece of their original tart to try which cost only $1.50 each. The tart custard is very smooth and generous. Not too sweet as well. The biscuit crust is crunchy and buttery. Yummy!
