Astons Express has quite a lot of branches around singapore in the heartlands which nice as it makes it easier for us consumers to enjoy western sets without having to go to restaurants. As prices are kept low, it is a self service concept, each table will have a buzzer and the buzzer will sound when the order is ready. I ordered the prime sirloin set which costs $13.50 and chose broccoli and fries for my sides. The sirloin is good. The sirloin is not too over cooked so it is still tender and together with the black pepper sauce, it is really yummy. It is mostly lean meat as well with just a bit of fats. The serving of fries is quite generous and I shared some with my friend. The broccoli is a bit hard though, it will taste better if it is cooked for slightly longer.
