Tried the Ayam penyet at Bukit batok's Alif restaurant. The place is just less than 5 minutes walk away from Bukit Gombak Mrt station so it's quite convenient. Usually at night time, it's packed. That time i went, i think i was lucky.. i only used 5 minutes to find a four-seaters table. Anyway, back to food...... the ayam penyet there isn't that bad. The chicken is fried and i find it tasty however abit dry. Overall, it's worth it because the portion is big and it's just $4.50.One issue is that

One issue is that the drinks they served are quite small in portion. The milo is $1.50 but the cup is really small. So it's not very worth for money for the drinks.
