Upon great recommendations from my colleagues, we headed down to Ambush at Jurong Point for a birthday celebration. The "restaurant" was actually more like a cafe, situated in a kiosk-like area just outside courts. After a short wait, we were shown to our tables. Our area was a little squeezy and were given a square table for the 4 of us. Food was served promptly, but iced water needed reminders before it was served.

The paella was tomato-y, rice was sticky and just nice. On top of the seafood ingredients, there were also pieces of bacon, sausage, capsicums and tomato. A little sour, but quite appetizing till the end where it got a little too much.
