my mother bought a delicious bread from crystal jade for my breakfast. It was pork floss with egg mayo. I love the amount of mayo they add to the egg, making it very creamy and delicious. the pork floss was not the dry dry kind. It went really well with the egg mayo and the bread. Making it a very filling bun!
