A group of us went to rive gauche to buy a birthday cake for one of my friend. We intended to go to her house to surprise her. After looking and discussing, we finally settled for the guanaja. It was really delicious and looked really classy. Though it is a little pricey but the flavor was super delicious. it is mainly chocolate. The bottom of the cake has this crust like biscuit. It is very crunchy and crispy. the cake is so moist and the mousse is so smooth. not too sweet. I love the top part,
