This is the best apple strudel i tried in singapore!Ritz apple strudel is made of layers of crispy pastry with generous amount of custard and apple filling in between. I think the secret recipe behind this studel is the custard and apple filling. The pastry is crispy and topped with fine sugar. Not like other apple strudels, iNot overly rich nor too sweet, it was wholesome and definitely very fulfilling. which also makes it heavenly delicious! one small piece is just not enough. The pastry is crispy and topped with fine sugar. Not like other apple strudels, iNot overly rich nor too sweet, it was wholesome and definitely very fulfilling. which also makes it heavenly delicious! one small piece is just not enough. Even after take away storing the fridge for 2 days, it is still crispy and yummy!

It is just not only apple strudel, u can also opt for mango one, which is pretty awesome too.
