I got a mini apple strudel ($4.5) takeaway from the shop. I had tried other types of strudel such as the mango strudel and strawberry strudel but apple strudel still remain my favourite! The crust of the strudel is made up of multiple layers. The shiny appearance on the outer crust came from sugar glaze, which added a nice crunch and sweetness to it. The cream puffs from Ritz Apple Strudel were recommended by my good friend! Having tried both the chocolate and vanilla version, I love the vanilla cream puffs more! This is quite surprising as I always preferred chocolate to vanilla. This shop only had about 2 to 3 small tables and a few chairs and functions more like a takeaway counter. They also sell various other pastries like the strudels, cakes, rolls, eclairs etc.

This shop has been around for a long time but it's my first time dining in, instead of takeaway. For a change, I had strawberry strudel ($5.60) to share with my friend. It's quite a huge slice, and instead of the usual apple cubes, this one was strawberry halfs! The sweetness of the cream and the sourness of the strawberries make a good combination, pretty much like the apple strudel. Recently i been eating apple strudel apple pie,while buying the strudel pie,i realize that they sell almond stick,it doesn't taste like real almond stick,it tasted like the crust skin of the apple strudel pie,very crunchy & crispy,on top was sweet,5 sticks for $2,but always sold out when i went,They also have it in another type,which is white sugar on top,also 5 for $2,but that one was not so nice,too sugary & not cripsy,i would recommend this almond stick,really not bad

The apple strudel here is the best. It costs about $11.90 for half a strudel, which can be shared amongst 3 people. If you're feeling peckish, it can be shared amongst 2 people as well, but bear in mind the calories consumed! The shop itself is rather small and crammed, but head outside for the alfresco dining. I would definitely come here again with my friends, it is indeed a great dessert place in Bugis!

WHO will not peek into the lovely cozy shop of Ritz Apple strudel whenever they pass by it?With a humongous portrait of Mona Lisa, one would really wish that they'd be strolling somewhere along Europe.Ordered apple strudel, about $19.90 for one long piece (which can be cut into 3 pieces). It was really a rich man's desert, not even filling, but very delicious!The crispy layers and how it cuts so easily (there are some bread that's quite difficult to cut, no?) is delicious!Savour while it lasts!

The outlet opposite bugis junction is rather small with only 2 mini round tables in the shop itself. my friends and I had to settle for alfresco dining.... by the road, where we watched cars go by, make turns out from the lane beside and masses of people jay-walk.if a slice of apple strudel costs $4.20, while a half loaf costs $11.90. it is served cold, but I inhaled more carbon monoxide too.

APPLE CRUMBLERitz's apple crumble goes at $32. Baked with cinnamon (my fav spices in apple pie!!), Ritz's apple crumble is one of the best in town. theyuse fresh apples and bake it till the crust turns golden. Crunchy on the outside and tender sweet inside. It's a taste you must try.

always pass by this store but did not get to try till recently. there are quite a few flavours to choose from such as strawberry and mango but i ordered the apple strudel since the store is most famous for it. and i think i made the right choice, the strudel is really nice and i think the apples have a nice blend with the custard cream. definitely will go back to try again next time

very nice strudels that comes in different filling, i like the apple and peach strudels most. the fruits just blend in so well with the custard cream and crispy folio pastries. the strudels also come in different sizes, so you can choose to try the half loaf or full loaf to share. however, one thing turn me off was the staff attitude. i suspected she was a part time staff and when i want to order, she gave me the "dont bother me" kind of face which i felt was rude

Ritz Appel strudels has amazing tasting pastries. One of my favourite is their durian strudel. The durian is thick and tasty with the feel of real durian. And the crust is sprinkled with a layer of melted sugar, making it crispy and sweet at the same time. Simply Delicious!A great treat for many

Ritz Apple Strudel has one of the best apple strudels ever! Their strudel has thinly layers of crisp and are lightly sweetened. The apple filling is also not too much, just the right amount to allow you to taste the sweetness of the fillings and the layers of crisp. I could always be caught getting one whenever I pass by Ritz Apple Strudel!
