This is minced pork over rice which is like Taiwan's ru rou fan. Do order this to share as it is very filling but quite nice especially when paired with the French beans stir fried with salted eggs. The crunch texture really adds another dimension to the sticky soft rice. However, both dishes are salty so wash it all down with water!Their roasted duck is very nice. Tender and succulent in some pretty awesome gravy!
