I'm not exactly someone who would dine at Earle Swensen's because I feel that the pricing is much more expensive than Swensen. However, my group of friends decided to go there for its 1 for 1 lunch special so I saw no harm in trying then and went along with them.It was quite nice that we got to try the salad bar as well so the hungry us decided to check it out. It was quite nice that we got to try the salad bar as well so the hungry us decided to check it out. I grabbed only a small portion as I'm not a salad fan and would like to save space for my main course, which I'd ordered my favourite medium rare steak with seafood combo.
It was rather disappointing as the beef was rather undercooked (an understatement of medium rare) and it was difficult to cut into pieces. In the end, I wasted nearly half of the steak. The crayfish was instead overcooked and the meat was dry and limp. The service staff didn't even give me a spoon to eat my rice.
