We popped into Ayam Penyet Ria at Orchard because I wanted Malay-style chicken soup. Plus, the food here is quite cheap. But for me, having ayam penyet, the most important ingredient is the chili. The chilli was quite spicy and really goes well with the chicken. The tahu telur was a bit disappointed. I can taste only the oil taste and the gravy was a bit bland. Not recommended. The ais campur was not bad. Its was not overly sweet nor bland. Overall, the food here was average.
