So my mum had a craving for canton-i so here we find ourselves again and this time for dinner.fried white bait for appetizers. I wish the batter was crispier but it was enough to keep my dad happy.The szechuan style fish slices were fresh.But the soup you must be warned.It left a numbing aftertaste.It must be due to the szechuan peppercorns used.But these lotus slices?I loved.Crisp and crunchy.Flash fried to perfection.With honey macadamia and celery, carrots.Yums!
