I saw that the queue isn't too long hence I jumped over to this stall. I got a takeaway and luckily, the noodles are not too dry or all lumpy or sticking to each other when I reached office. The stall owner gave quite a lot of gravy which explains why the noodles are not sticky and he also controlled the cooking time well in that the noodles are not soggy even with the large amount of hot gravy. The ingredients given are quite standard, meatballs, sliced pork, minced meat and sliced braised mush

The stall owner gave quite a lot of gravy which explains why the noodles are not sticky and he also controlled the cooking time well in that the noodles are not soggy even with the large amount of hot gravy. The ingredients given are quite standard, meatballs, sliced pork, minced meat and sliced braised mushrooms. The mushrooms are very salty, having absorbed a lot of the gravy but otherwise, it is quite delicious. The noodles are also quite qq from the well timed cooking and I find their belachan chilli to be very compatible with the gravy and noodles. Overall, it is one of the nicer bak chor mees that I had.
