I came with my business partners to have lunch at this place. We ordered bak kut teh, braised pig's trotter and also salted vegetable. This place is fully air-conditioned and it makes having lunch here pretty comfortable especially on a hot day. The taste of the bak kut teh was just right. It did not have the overwhelmed peppery nor garlicky taste that i did not like. The texture was just fine too. The meat was soft and not too chewy. The pig's trotter is another must try here. It did not have the overwhelmed peppery nor garlicky taste that i did not like. The texture was just fine too. The meat was soft and not too chewy. The pig's trotter is another must try here. The fat part was nicely braised to give it the softness that would melt in the mouth. It did not taste as oily as expected. The meat was tender and nice.
