I like the pork chop baked rice from wan chai. The pork chop is not too dry and tough, in fact it is very tender and juicy. I like the sauce they coat the pork chop with, has this sweetish taste. The rice is very fragrant, not the normal rice we eat. What I like most about this dish is the melted cheese on top of the baked rice. they are very generous with the cheese, every spoon you take, there is some cheese sticking together with the rice.
