The strawberry cheese cake is simple and NICE..!!It is very smooth.,oft,and i like the cheese taste.It is not too concentrated.I like the stickiness of it,it wont stick on my teeth,but it's fragrance will stay in my mouth after i ate it.The small layer of strawberry on the top is nice too,it is abit like jelly.It really match well with the cheese layer below..
