Hong Hu Express (Closed)

Among the other eateries here on level 5, Far East Plaza, Hong Hu Express is a place for me to satisfy my ban mian craving. Tended by mostly PRC, I ordered the normal version of the ban mian and within 5 minutes, my piping hot ban mian is served to me. My usual way of eating ban mian is to mass spam it with a lot of chili padi to make the soup powered with spiciness.
