This is the first time I'm trying a hot dessert from Ji De Chi. I ordered for a hot bowl of barley beanstick with gingko. It is one of the most inexpensive dessert ($2.50) Ji De Chi serves. The dessert is sweet but not too sweet, which is great because I don't like hot desserts that are too sweet. It has a strong and nice barley smell and flavor with a hint of gingko taste. The dessert is sweet but not too sweet, which is great because I don't like hot desserts that are too sweet. It has a strong and nice barley smell and flavor with a hint of gingko taste. The combination is perfect and it delivers a heartwarming taste. Personally, as a youngster, I'm not a big fan of hot desserts but this is definitely one hot dessert that I'll have again because of the unique taste.

Do give it a try! It is totally worth the money!
